Here at the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association, we are proud to partner with various organizations doing incredible work across fields tied closely to our own mission and operations — work that also lies close to our hearts.

These include:

• Preservation: Protecting our environment, wild spaces, winters, and backcountry recreation access.
• Education: Developing essential skills for outdoor recreationists.
• Community: Promoting connection, accessibility, and stewardship in the outdoors.
• Safety: Providing critical avalanche forecasting information and resources, as well as life-saving backcountry rescue and recovery services.

Below is a list of the organizations we work most closely with, and that we also support financially through annual contributions:

• Colorado Search & Rescue

While these key partnerships extend well beyond financial support, we are pleased to help directly fund their vital work. Best of all, every time you book a reservation or visit a hut in our system, you are helping support them, too!

We have tremendous appreciation for these organizations, whose work is fundamental to our ability to fulfill our own objectives. It is thanks to their impact that we can provide the backcountry hut experiences you’ve come to know and love — and ensure they remain protected for generations to come.
